Blog Post: 12 Ways to let you sleep if you have Insomnia

There are many problems of us sleeping late in the night. First, most of us sleep less than 8 hours per night which is not good. Second, As a result, you'll have risk of getting heart attacks, strokes, cancer and will shorten your lifespan. Third, If you did't sleep for 17-19 hours your brain activity is similar to someone with a blood alcohol level of 0.05. Lastly, You can't actually correct the problem by banking sleep on the weekend. So now,  there are ways for people that couldn't sleep at night. 1st, you have to go bed at the same time every night and wake up and same time every morning. 2nd, you have to sleep in one continuous block. 3rd, Make up for lost sleep as soon as possible. 4th, you have to avoid caffein after 2:00 p.m. 5th, Avoid alcohol three hours before bed. 6th, Exercise between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. 7th, keep your bed room cool, if your bed room is hot, then you'll feel like waking up more. 8th, Dim the lights, if its too bright, then you wont get into sleep. 9th, Eject electronics, if you sleep with mp4 on, you might feel like singing or enjoying your music, and you might forgot to sleep. 10th, Read for pleasure. 11th, Protect your privacy. Last one, Wind down.

Even i couldn't sleep somtimes at night during holidays, I think it is because i woke up late and so i will sleep late. If i wake up earlier then i might sleep early too in the night time. But now, there are steps for me when i couldn't get into sleep! That really helps! :D
