What Im learning now in LA class is to know how to write a proper form of business letter for us in the future. First we need to write down our address at the top right corner of your paper and write the receiver's address at the top left. After that, we have to write the person's name and the person's job below their address. Then we start with Dear XXX. Then, we have to write what we wanna tell them in 3 different paragraphs. Lastly, we'll have to write out signature at the bottom right with "Sincery".
It is good to know how to write a proper letter because it is good for your future. If you don't know how to write a proper letter, then your boss might not want you in their company and you'll get no job. Also, if you write a messy, not formal/proper letter, the reader might not want to read your letter too. So it is important to know how to write a business/proper letter.
